Overview of Learning Objectives
The two days are divided into two parts
Day One-This will explore the importance of both the hard and soft side of the planning and communication process, helping participants to appreciate the importance and inevitable impact their action have on their own organization and the impact their actions have on the wider team and ultimately the organization.
Day two-having built the foundations in day one we will explore the wider implication of planning, communication and the importance of building and maintaining team relationships. The day will also explore the principles and processes involved in identifying training needs within the team and explore the skills required to coach team members.
